Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in these circumstances:
- Requests made more than 7 days after activation.
- Subscription renewals where the service was actively used during the previous period.
- Issues caused by the customer's internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party app configurations.
- Violations of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

- Include your full name, email address used for the subscription, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
