Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Marinios IPTV will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 48 hours.

- Remove or disable access to the content in question if the claim is determined to be valid.
- Notify the affected user (if applicable) about the takedown.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
Marinios IPTV maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
